To enter or update label and shipping information, see Setting shipping label specifications.īefore you can print labels and track FedEx or UPS shipments, you must first obtain account information and a key from FedEx/UPS, then enter it in System Preferences > Production.Check the Validate Address box to have FedEx/UPS verify the city, state, and postal code combination of the Ship To address.(See Looking up contacts.) If any contact information is incorrect, click. If Other was selected, enter Ship To information manually or click and look up the contact.
